Have fun this summer with Noodle’s holiday clubs

Are you looking for fun ways to keep your children entertained during the summer holidays?

Noodle Performance Arts has a whole host of fun activities for children who love singing, dancing and performing.

If your child is mad about Mickey Mouse or potty about princesses, they’ll love our Disney Day. The three-hour themed holiday club includes dancing, singing, crafts and games as well as a visit from one of our Noodle Party princesses.

The session is suitable for boys and girls aged from three to eight and children are encouraged to dress up as their favourite character. Disney Day runs from 12.00pm to 3.00pm on Monday, August 14 at Beighton Lifestyle Centre and costs £16.

For those who want to get a real grounding in musical theatre – both on the stage and behind the scenes, we have our Noodle Summer Camp. Running over four days, at Sheffield Park Academy, those taking part will get involved in every aspect of putting on a show from learning musical numbers and choreographed dances to developing a script and finding out about sound and lighting.

Suitable for children aged five and over, the camp will run from 9am to 3pm from Tuesday, August 8 to Friday, August 11. At 6pm on the Friday, our students will perform the production they have created on stage at Sheffield Park Academy.

The total cost of the summer camp is £99, which includes two tickets to the final performance. Extra tickets to the show will be available for a small additional charge.

If your little princess would like to perfect her ‘princessing’ skills, our Princess School will be right up her street. Join us for dancing, singing, craft and games, as well as a special visit from Belle herself! The Princess School will be held at Ecclesall Parish Halls, S11 7PP on Tuesday 15th August from 9.30am to 12.30pm and costs £16. This session is suitable for children aged 3-8.

If you would like to learn everything you need to know about fairies, then join us for our Fairy School on Thursday 3rd August from 9.30am to 12.30pm at Beighton Lifestyle Centre, S20 1HE.  Tinkerbell will be on hand to help with all the dancing, singing, craft and games! The session costs £16 and is suitable for boys and girls aged 3-8.

Everybody loves a freebie! In conjunction with Sheffield Children’s University’s Festival of Fun, we are offering a free performing arts workshop for children aged 5-12. Come along and perform songs and dances from a top musical on Monday 31st July from 9.30am to 12.30 pm at Beighton Lifestyle Centre, S20 1HE. Please note that children attending must hold a Sheffield Children’s University Passport to Learning. Children attending a Sheffield local authority school can buy a passport on the day for £3.50.

Last, but not least, our Acro Workshop will help youngsters with their hand stands, cartwheels, round offs and splits! Acrocombines dance and acrobatics using strength, flexibility, power, agility, coordination and balance. Come along to learn the basics and end the workshop with an acrobatic routine. The workshop is on Monday 21st August at Beighton Lifestyle Centre, S20 1HE from 10.00am to 12.00pm and costs £10. The session is suitable for children aged 6+.

At all our holiday clubs, youngsters can stay without their parents and there are discounts available for siblings.
